A free 20-minute call where we figure out if we're a good fit. I'll ask you what's going on, what you're hoping to get from coaching, and what's been getting in the way. You can ask me anything. No hard sell at the end, if it feels right for both of us, we move forward.

The first session is about clarity, not solutions. We map out where you are, where you want to be, and, most importantly, what the gap between them actually is. This isn't always comfortable. But it's always useful. You'll leave with a clear picture and a starting point.

Between sessions

After every session, you'll get a personalised action plan, specific, realistic, and built around your life, not a textbook. You'll also have WhatsApp support if something comes up between sessions. The work doesn't stop when the call ends.

Each session picks up where the last one left off. We review what's moved, what hasn't, and why. Over time, you'll start to notice a shift, not just in what you're doing, but in how you think about yourself and what's possible for you.
